This weekend 💚. Yoga, time in nature, a new creative project for the garden, a latte at my fave Moseley coffee shop, cooking, time with the pets and my girl when she wasn't off socialising, a psychic fayre hosted by two of my lovely soul sisters, journaling and chats with friends and my poorly man ❤️.

A lovely start to Thursday at the I AM YOGI cabin and Flow with . A bluebell walk around the beautiful Lickeys and feeding the geese and swans at Arrow Valley park, courtesy of Nick who goes there everyday to feed them. I never thought I'd have this hissy lot eating from my hand - yet they did. A bit of mutal trust and courage on both sides and all was good ❤️

My Story

I’m Esta at Aurorashine and my passion is supporting women who are seeking life changes and transformation to help them fully shine. A few years ago though, I was in a very different place to the one I am now - insecure, uncertain, fearful, guilty, afraid of my inner light and of being ‘too much’. I was in a soul destroying job and a relationship that caused me much emotional turmoil. I was seeking change, but didn’t know how to change or exactly what I wanted to become. Then along came flower essences and my journey of transformation truly began. Over these last few years I have learned to release and walk away from what no longer makes me happy - jobs, people, situations. I have also learned to let go of difficult emotions, old ways of being, feelings of dis-empowerment and what is no longer needed in my life. I am not afraid to stand in my power and to shine my light out to others, there is no need to dim to fit in, that’s not what we are here for. The world so needs empowered women who are willing to stand up and shine and yes it takes courage and a process of healing to get there, but get there you can. The words I would now use to describe myself are - confident, brave, empowered, kind, self-nurturing, playful and happy. So different to the person I was.
