✨Passion project for last quarter of 2024 (round 2)

Calling 5 local women who want to be part of a small circle to create friendships that are energetically safe and spiritually mature.

A group who are compassionate and non judgemental, to grow with you, hold you accountable and who will hold space for you.

We will meet every other week to go on a journey of healing and connection for 90 mins including time for snacks and cacao or herbal tea.

This movement beckons you to unplug from the clamor of mass media, politics, and institutions, guiding you back to the primal principles of shamanism and a deep connection back to yourself and your inner wisdom.

Meet ups will be aligned to personal growth and we meet every other week Sept to Dec.

I will weave in different offerings that you will partake in which may include:

🥰Cacao
🥰Nutrition
🥰Talking circles
🥰Meditation
🥰Breathwork

Hello 👋 any new followers in this space.

I’m Hannah, a naturopathic nutritionist who loves to help women and their health, naturally.

Especially, overcoming fatigue, stress and overwhelm in a way that feels easy and aligned for you.

So you can feel more energetic, happy and at peace with yourself.

I haven’t actively posted much on this page for a few years because this health path has taken me down a spiritual and shamanic path too.

Once you heal your body your soul can really start to expand!

So I also run Holistic Health Cacao and Holistic Health Collective with my Sister, Sarah.

There we have products, courses, retreats and an online health membership for women who want to get consistent with their health habits to expand their mind, body and soul. So they can think, feel and live better ❤️❤️

So that’s where you’ll find me more actively posting.

We run a free Facebook community called fight fatigue, stress and anxiety naturally (free Group) where we share resources, challenges and masterclasses to help you get unstuck with your health.
