Here I am, the face of a perimenopausal woman with symptoms of anxiety, hormones all over the place, weight gain, still having periods, brain fog, fatigue, changing skin, aching joints and feeling like I don’t know who I am anymore but understanding it’s all part of this new season of my life. I feel so grateful that I live in a world where Menopause is being recognised and understood. My wonderful oils have helped me through all these symptoms and I can’t wait to be able to help others on this journey. ✋🏼🌸🤚🏼
