A day in the life of an Ecotherapist - start of the day rocking a willow crown and ending the day building a sand castle and watching the sky change sat on the beach. I love my office and how immersive we are in nature 💚💚

Monday mornings card picked after my morning walk to watch the sunrise. I always do this walk without my phone, its undisturbed time for me to start the week. 💚

Monday morning involves a walk and then cards, however, this morning was slower and no walk. We had a very busy weekend and my body is extremely tired and fighting the September viruses going around!! We do have to listen and not push to breaking point.

The cards today for you all are poignant separately and together. Its is the reminder to pause, receive the gratitude you provide for yourself and persist to encourage the practice to part of each day. Have a mindful Monday 💚💚

Autumn Equinox 🍂 such s beautiful time to release what does not serve you, a time ro reflect 💚🍂💚
