I decided to train to become a reflexologist due to the health benefits I experienced whilst receiving reflexology. Reflexology is a therapy for encouraging healing in the body using the pressure points in the feet. There are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts. Treatment involves using continuous pressure on the reflexes. Once any painful reflexes have disappeared, the imbalance in that part of the body has been reduced.
