A space to allow you to feel that you are not alone and that it can change for the better, I offer a friendly counselling, Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling service. This is a journey that I started 5 years or so ago, after I had severe mental Health issues, anxiety and depression but also su***de ideation. I was lucky I had fantastic support from my wife and son, who encouraged

me throughout my therapeutic journey and still do. I am now in my 3rd year advanced training to become a Transactional Analysis Therapeutic Counsellor. My whole reason for completing this course is to help that next person to find their way down that path from darkness to light and to live a more fulfilling life, to be more spontaneous and to be their authentic self. They say that one of the hardest things is to ask for help, that is probably true, but I feel the hardest thing is to realise that you need help with your own mental health, I want you to know when you find that realisation that you need help, that I AM HERE FOR YOU, and for as long as you want me to sit by your side, no matter haw dark it gets, I will sit with you until we see the light. If you are interested in understanding your thoughts, feelings and behaviours give me a call and we can have a chat about what and where to go next. Always remember that I am here for you, and that I will offer a space where you are welcome ( all of you), that you are respected, that you are seen, that you are heard, that you are not judged or ridiculed.

Today is World Mental Health Day, take a brief moment to check in with anyone who you may come into contact with. It maybe the only time Today that they have any contact. But, most of all take time to be kind to yourself. Always remember that the world is a better place with you in it.
