When your daughter’s wedding becomes your why 💍🫶🏼

We are so proud of you Sheena!

Sheena came to our club as she wanted to feel her best for her daughter’s wedding.
As a mother of the bride, she wanted to feel confident, healthy, and proud walking into such a special moment ✨

So far Sheena has;
⬇️Lost 12kg
⬇️Dropped 5.5% body fat
⬇️Lost 3.5 litres of Visceral Fat
⬆️Increased hydration by 3.5%
⬆️Increased lean muscle mass by 5.3%

Most people trying to lose weight aren’t actually overeating, they are under-nourishing their bodies.

This was exactly where I was:
⬇️Skipping meals
⬇️Not enough protein
⬇️Not enough fibre
⬇️Not enough vitamins & minerals
⬇️Not enough phytonutrients
⬇️Not enough water or rest

I wasn’t fuelling my body properly, and because of that I didn’t feel or look good. I was constantly frustrated with my body, but didn’t have the energy or clarity to change anything.

Through the education, support, and accountability at Willerby Nutrition Club, I finally got my body and mind back into a natural rhythm and started feeling like myself again.

Now I don’t skip meals. I feel full, energised, clear-headed, and confident in my body, and most importantly, I can maintain this long term because I’ve built the right nutritional habits.

When it comes to health, there are no quick fixes. The real change comes from learning and improving your daily habits.
