CAN WE MAKE IT KNOWN THAT THE GYM IS A SAFE PLACE TO PULL THE MOST UGLIEST FACES????

I have said this before & I’ll say it again.

It is ok to pull the ugliest faces.
It is ok to make the most awful noises.

You are lifting HEAVY ASS S**T.

NO-ONE is in there to judge you, if they are. The problem is THEM & NOT you.

I want everyone I work with, or everyone I know to be able to be comfortable going into the gym & not feel anxious. The gym can be such a scary place & even for me I sometimes feel uncomfortable in certain situations.

I always remind my self what I’m there to do & if someone has a problem with what you’re doing, it says more about them & than it does you & you should ENJOY where you are. ENJOY what you’re doing & OWN THE HELL OUT OF IT.

SOOOO here we have it.

The spot were in before the big push.

Despite the last month hasn’t been the most amazing in terms of how I’ve felt I’m in a really good spot. Mentally, not being able to train to full capacity & then being poorly really got me down. I was run down, I was “fluffy” from not moving as much & I was flat from not training. So yeah, I cried when I checked in yesterday. But after training yesterday & receiving Kuba Cielen 27Y/O🇬🇧🇵🇱] feedback. I AM READY 🚀

I had a 4 week deload that turned into a 6 week one due to being poorly - this will end on Thursday.

Food has been upped and cardio dropped slightly.

Very very excited about this 🥳

If I can keep somewhat of a snatched waist in my bulk, ill be happy.

Finally back to training after what feels like forever. I’ve got so much work to do before prep starts & I really just want to grow. Looking forward to Kuba’s response this week to see what needs to be done next.

It’s only Tuesday & I’ve cried twice at how I look, the joys of being a girl 🤣

I just wanna be hench asf already.

TIME OF THE MONTH TOO? GREAT. THROW SOME EXTRA STRESS ON YOUR BODY WHICH CREATES INFLAMMATION AND BLOATING.
