Role Overview
Flex Health is seeking a proactive and strategic practice manager to lead operations across multiple clinics and drive business growth. This role will oversee the Clough Road, Brough sites, spearhead the setup and successful launch of Beverley, and support further expansion into North and East Yorkshire in 2026.
You will ensure operational excellence, compliance with ISO9001 standards, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Clinical Lead, you will make autonomous decisions to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and business performance.
Self-starter who proactively develops and implements new processes and documentation to maintain and exceed compliance requirements.
Oversee booking systems, client management systems, and administrative workflows.

Role Purpose
As a Junior Physiotherapist at Flex Health, you will provide physiotherapy and neurological rehabilitation to new and existing clients under the supervision of senior clinicians. This role is designed for graduate physiotherapists to develop clinical skills and experience while delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical:
· Conduct assessments and deliver physiotherapy/rehab treatments.
· Maintain accurate documentation and complete notes/reports within 24 hours.
· Provide care in various settings: clinic, home visits, public spaces, and virtually.
· Educate clients on conditions and treatment plans.
· Uphold Flex Health’s philosophy and professional standards.
· Seek guidance from senior staff when needed.
Non-Clinical
· Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
· Support students and work experience placements.
· Complete scheduled tasks in the clinical management system.
· Participate in appraisals (twice yearly) and submit case studies.
· Maintain clinic cleanliness and monitor supplies.
· Assist with administrative tasks when required.
Development & CPD
· Engage in internal and external CPD opportunities, contributing to case discussions and team meetings.
· Deliver two clinical presentations annually.
· Shadow senior team members during non-clinical hours.
Skills & Knowledge
· Strong understanding of MSK, sports medicine, and neurological rehab.
· Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new learning.
· Experience in 1:1 patient care and rehabilitation planning.
Qualifications
· BSc in Physiotherapy.
· Ongoing CPD relevant to clinical practice.

Flex Health provides one-on-one sessions to all its clients. Currently, we combine our Physiotherapy expertise and cutting edge technology such as anti-gravity technology, squid ice and compression units, Compex muscle stimulation, functional electrical stimulation (FES) and a bespoke rehabilitation gym.
