Expect the same old results 🤷‍♂️

If you want to see significant progress in the gym then you MUST give your body reason to progress 📈

Doing the same number of sets & reps week in, week out is doing the same thing & expecting different results

Vary it - work on speed, strength & size giving your body a variety of triggers to adapt to 👊🏻

Are you finding yourself going through the motions at the gym?

Shameless plug 😂 but for me, this is just one of the huge benefits the Group Coaching brings

It gives you consistency with your training - there’s set days & times you simply have to adhere to

Without this, you’ll always find something else to do to fill that gap/ time & end up skipping training 🤦‍♂️

You then consider the programming is done for you, peer accountability comes into play helping you raise your game & the coaches in the sessions demand a higher effort and intensity from you than you’d typically demand of yourself 👊🏻

If you want to level up, you must put yourself in environments that brings the best out of you 🤝⚡️

Power Club turned ONE this month 🥳

Honestly, what a year it’s been

From the clients who backed me from day one and made the move across, to every new face who’s walked through the doors, thank you for helping build something special here 🤝

What started as a vision has grown into a proper community, and I’m grateful to coach people who feel more like friends than just clients

Seeing the youth development program grow has been a huge highlight too 🙌🏻

Massive thanks & respect to the parents who trust us with their kids… watching them develop confidence, movement skills and a love for training has been incredible

And to the businesses & private clients we work with, your continued support plays a big part in keeping this place moving forward 👊🏻

I’m also proud of the team we’ve built…

Bringing and into the gym has been a big step for me, and knowing the sessions run to the highest standard even when I’m not there says everything about them 👏🏻 thank you

This past year has pushed me, and reminded me why I love what I do

And we’re only just getting started

Muscle can’t be built with aimless action...

It’s built with structure, accountability & consistency.

James didn’t come to us to “just train harder”

He came for direction, accountability, and a plan that actually matched his goal…🎯

When we began, he sat at 168lbs and now sits at a lean 204lbs 🤝

One of his goals was to hit 100kg Bench Press which has been absolutely demolished & the other evening he pressed 122kg😮‍💨

No guesswork or training and simply going through the motions but the right type of training, accompanied by smart nutrition, and consistency over time.👊🏻

This is the kind of significant impact I insist Power Club and Power Coaching delivers for our members ⚡️

Transformations should not be driven by following ridiculously low calories & seeing how many calories you can burn in a workout 🤦‍♂️

It might work for a short while, but it won’t last 😤

Lots going on in 2025…

Great year for many reasons…

Moving out of the old gym I was in for almost 6 years

The chaos of going from 2 to 4 kids & spending amazing time with the family & twins

Creating & moving into & building a far better offering for my incredible clients (& friends)

With all this considered… Naturally my own training frequency & intensity dropped off - this is normal

However going into 2026, I truly feel I’m in a great place to continue building our offering at the gym for our amazing clients and to get stuck back into my own, personal fitness journey ⚡️

Big year ahead 🫡
