🌈 We are very excited to announce our joint event with Harpers Health Psychologists!

HH’s fantastic Health Psychology Trainees have worked closely with myself (and my animals) to add evidence based psychology principles to the animal interaction sessions. It was identified early on that the sessions are full of helpful techniques that improve wellbeing. Our collaboration has elevated theses techniques and added some more evidence based toold to help increase to positive outcomes for you and your family.

So if you want to improve your mental health and love animals, come along to our joint event! 🙌🏼
