I offer gentle, holistic therapies to support emotional wellbeing, balance, and reconnection — for adults, children, and families.

This feels like the most aligned timing to ensure the space is held with the depth, grounding, and care it deserves. I want this circle to feel truly supportive, nourishing, and magical for both children and parents ✨

It’s been a big few weeks of healing, learning, and trusting my own energy again.
Today I finally felt myself coming back into balance — getting things done, spending time with my son and daughter, creating, grounding, and remembering why I started this path in the first place.

If you’re also moving through a lot emotionally or energetically, I just want you to know: you’re not alone.
Healing isn’t always pretty, but it is powerful. And it always brings us back to ourselves.
