Distant healing is a gentle, intentional energy practice that supports emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing without needing to be physically present.
Everything is energy — thoughts, emotions, the body — and when we consciously tune into a person’s energy field with permission, healing can be offered across distance with the same care, presence, and integrity as an in-person session.
During a distant healing session, you are simply invited to rest, soften, and receive. Many people choose to lie down, meditate, or go about their day — the energy meets you where you are.
