Think of it as drafts.
You don’t have to be brilliant today — you just have to stay in the process.
Every workout.
Every walk.
Every slightly better choice.
Every comeback after a wobble.
They all count.
The effort compounds.
Confidence grows.
Your body adapts.
Your mindset shifts.
So if today feels messy or “not enough” — good.
That means you’re still trying.
This week, don’t ask “am I there yet?”
Ask:
Am I still showing up?
