"I was so impressed with this service. In desperate need for a forgotten passport to be delivered fast after my girlfriend had brought my passport to Heathrow (from Bradford) instead of our baby son's, late on a Sunday evening, RSD far exceeded our expectation. Having not been in this position before our initial searches for a courier firm lead us to all the usual big companies, none of which were available on the Sunday evening. Called many other supposed 24/7 companies that never picked up the phone. Then I got through to Rocksoliddeliveries, who told me that if I was prepared to stay awake, then they could get the passport delivered that evening! Desperate for piece of mind, I was amazed when I was holding the passport in hand so that my baby boy and girlfriend could visit her family in Japan as intended.
