I often get enquiries about Mental Health First Aid as well as the physical side of First Aid, and I always recommend the fabulous Stu from Tough Enough To Care.

So it was a pleasure to have Stu return to me this week to update and refresh his First Aid course. ⛑️😊👍

Whilst Mental Health First Aid is our thing, we also know that physical first aid is equally as important.

Which is why Stu has recently attended an Emergency First Aid at Work course at Dudley Kingswinford RFC delivered by the amazing Esther from the equally amazing Skylark First Aid Training ⛑️

We have worked with Skylark now for several years and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is for anyone who is self employed or who only has a couple of employees to get trained.

Both adults and children are covered, so there is a choice of certificate.

Enjoyed being back at Droitwich Rugby Club the past 2 evenings!! And I’m back there again for a second course next week!!!

Just the loveliest location today at Pauntley Court Wedding Venue!! I was in heaven wandering around the gardens at lunchtime!!!

The course was attended by the house owner, staff and wedding planners.

Today I’ve been back to the fantastic Soccerzone between Lye & Halesowen, which is now under new ownership and management. 😊

The new owners are just lovely and keen to make the centre a community hub, open to everyone as a welcoming, safe space. 🤗

There is a huge outdoor inflatable area, loads of all weather soccer pitches, a darts room where they hold several very successful darts clubs and leagues (adults and kids) each week, and great food and a bar as well!! It really is a friendly place. You can just turn up to have a drink, something to eat and a game of darts.

The staff I taught today were friendly, engaged and interested. I can’t ask for more really!!! ⛑️

What a lovely day at Stourbridge Pilates Rooms! I’ve loved being back in a fitness and exercise environment as that’s where my career all started many moons ago! 😄🏋🏻‍♀️💪

Thank you to Becky and her wonderful team of Teachers - Sophie, Amy, Carrie & Nicki.

It really is a fantastic studio. If you’re interested in Pilates and you haven’t checked it out, then you really should!!

We were also joined by Pilates teacher Steff Affleck, massage therapist Jane Drew, laughter yoga teacher Maggie Thompson and Amblecote Church youth leader Emilia.
