I’m loving our latest new recipe book, 15 minute heroes!

I made one of the recipes from the book yesterday evening, it was quick and easy and it was a hit with my whole family! Makes things so much easier if your whole family enjoys the same recipe doesn’t it.

The verdict is in……..

Blooming lush!😋 I definitely need these crumpets in my life 🤣

I used two teaspoons of jam (one swip) and that was enough and I added some speedy strawberries and some M&S fat free yoghurt which is a free food and also yummy!

So, one Fibre choice used and one swip, happy days 😀
