Deposit Policy

To ensure each client receives the highest level of care and dedicated appointment time, a deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Should you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be happily transferred to a new date, subject to availability. Appointments cancelled or cancelled with less notice, late arrivals, or missed appointments will unfortunately result in the deposit being forfeited, as this time has been reserved especially for you.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. In the event that treatment cannot proceed due to undisclosed medical information or last-minute changes, the deposit will remain non-refundable. We encourage all clients to carefully review suitability information prior to booking.
