This block is our 3 week, a week off and then the lead up to dare I say it Christmas 🥲 will be a 5 week block! 🫶🏼

Looking for a screen-free, active, and fun way for your child to build strength, focus, and confidence? 🥰

Bluebell Yoga is the perfect space for little ones to:

✔️ Move their bodies mindfully
✔️ Learn calming breathing techniques
✔️ Build balance, coordination & confidence
✔️ Play games
✔️ Make new friends and HAVE FUN!
✔️ Be their authentic selves
✔️ Practice weekly signing words and positive self talk/affirmations

📅 Saturday Mornings
📍 Elloughton Village Hall, Brough
👦🏼 Ages 3-12 (SEN 3-15)
🎟️ First session FREE, after that block booking only, working out at £5.50 a session, (SEN £6.50 a session) .. Sibling discount offered!

No experience needed.. Just bring a water bottle, comfy clothes and their own bright energy! 🥰

Today's sessions at Hunsley Primary were so much fun!
Thank you for asking me, and having me 🌳
Our theme was Forests 🌿
The children were amazing, so open to learning and trying something new for some.
The afternoon was a huge win for me from the first session we did, as one young boy said - You're the best yoga teacher in the world.
Followed on by more love throughout the afternoon.

It's been 4 whole years since I tought my first Saturday class, I remember feeling so nervous, hopeful, excited, brave, scared, anxious, happy!
Worrying nobody would come back, or rejoin,
I am so so blessed that I'm still going and feel so grateful and lucky you guys choose to spend your Saturday mornings with me, doing something we all love!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your babies and letting me guide them on this journey 🧡
Since then I have branched out to teach privately, over different nurseries and schools, forest school sessions incoming too!! And others...
THANK YOU!!
I believed in you and you've believed in me 🫶🏼
