As we come to the end of our very first year, we want to take a moment to say thank you, to our incredible service users, their wonderful families, and every single one of our amazing carers who make what we do so special.

This year has been filled with growth, learning, laughter, teamwork and so many proud moments. Watching our team come together, support one another, and provide care with such heart has been truly fulfilling.

🚨 Emergency Care Staff – Flexible, On-Call Cover (Fife Based) 🚨
💷 £17.20/hr (Weekends & Bank Holidays) | £14.20/hr (Weekdays) – Mileage Included

Tayem Care Services Ltd is looking for compassionate, flexible, and reliable emergency care staff to provide last-minute cover for our care-at-home clients across Fife.

🔹 About the Role:
This is an ON-CALL emergency position, ideal for experienced carers looking to pick up ad-hoc shifts on short notice. You’ll step in to cover urgent absences, ensuring continuity of care for our clients in their own homes.

🔹 Hourly Rate:
£17.20 per hour – Weekends & Bank Holidays
£14.20 per hour – Weekdays

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
A carer with experience in care-at-home or similar
A flexible driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a car
Able to respond quickly and adapt to new environments
Based in Fife or nearby and able to travel across the area

Who we are looking for:
✔️ SVQ Level 3 ✨
✔️ SSSC registration or eligibility to register as a Supervisor📄
✔️ Office Experience working in a care setting 🗃️
✔️ Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills👔
✔️ Ability to carry out risk assessments & use care equipment (not essential)📋
✔️ Some Knowledge of Fife Health & Social Care procedures (not essential)📓
✔️ A full driving licence & ability to travel throughout Fife 🚗
