Over the last few weeks many of you were asking about Re-Body gift vouchers.

There still is a lot of time to sort Christmas shopping, however it's good to plan ahead and make sure the run to Christmas is not too stressful.

Do you spend a lot of time in a sitting position? Or working in a forward flexion a lot? Is your back stiff and the front of your pelvis tight?

Try the stretch - relax in to it. Do it slowly and with control. Remember about breathing. Take time to relax and remember about hydration.
