Yoga has been such a grounding and transformative part of my life, and I love creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and presence. For me, yoga is all about feeling โ building strength, softness, awareness, and connection both on and off the mat.
What do you teach at Drip?
All things yoga โจ Join me Warm Slow Flow, Hot Power Flow & Yin.
What is your teaching style?
Deeply embodied, grounding, and flowing. My classes focus on physical sensation, breath awareness, and connection โ moving in a way that feels intuitive and supportive for your body. Expect dynamic vinyasa flows that balance power and effort with moments of deep surrender and release.
Favourite moves?
Backbends forever โจ I love the energising feeling of poses like Wild Thing, Chakrasana (Wheel), and Upward Facing Dog.
Favourite mantra?
โOmโ โ the energetic resonance of the universe ๐ค
What do you get up to outside the studio?
Iโm always moving in some way โ running, yoga, cycling, hiking, swimming in nature, and chasing sunshine whenever I can โ๏ธ I also love to travel and have spent years living out of hostel dorms in beautiful places around the world ๐
