Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day... and that includes being kind to yourself 🙌!
Start treating yourself with the same care and kindness as you would a loved one is good for your mental wellbeing, as well as your motivation, happiness and optimism 😄. And, a big bundle of motivation, happiness and optimism is an incredible helping hand when it comes to successful weekly weight losses too!
