1. **Hydration:** Drinking plenty of water before your massage helps flush out toxins and improves the overall effectiveness of your treatment.
2. **Shower:** A warm shower not only relaxes your muscles but also ensures a clean and fresh experience for both you and your therapist. It enhances the massage oils or CBD balm [Full spectrum CBD] absorption and effectiveness.
3. **Comfortable Attire:** Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment to ensure ease of movement before and after your massage.
4.**Welcome drink.** A cup of camomile & honey tea or a bottle of water
5.**Foot bath.** Approximately 5mins with epsom salt with essential oils and enjoy your massage day because some questions can not be answered by Google.
