Yin Yoga could be exactly what your body has been asking for.

Do you wake up with a tight back, sore hips, aching shoulders, stiff knees or tension headaches?

Most people try to push through pain… but often the body needs the opposite.

Why Yin Yoga works for pain relief

Yin Yoga uses long, supported stretches to gently target the fascia, joints, hips, spine and connective tissue where stiffness and discomfort often build up.

Come and enjoy a warm, welcoming class where you can meet other mums, bond with your baby, and gently support your recovery after birth.

But the truth is — everything I teach, whether it’s in my studio or in The Serenity Reset, comes back to one simple thing:
