📢‼ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PATIENTS DUE TO COLLECT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE NEXT WEEK ‼📢

🔴 We would like to make patients aware that due to delivery issues beyond our control, we have not yet started dispensing repeat prescriptions that were due to be collected Friday 10th April or after.

🔴 If you are due to collect your repeat prescription this week, please consider collecting your prescription on Friday 17th April.

🔴 If you are going to run out of your medication, please come in to collect as planned but your prescription may not be complete and you may need to take a signed script to an alternative pharmacy. Please be assured that our team is working as quickly and safely as possible to ensure every request is handled with care.

🔴 We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst our suppliers rectify the problems with our deliveries.

Our systems may go down for a short time at some point, we will let you know again if this is the case.

💊 If you require your medication before Easter Bank Holiday please note our last order date is Thursday 26th March.

The last collection date before Easter will be Thursday 2nd April 💊

Please allow 5 working days for your medication to be ready. If you require your medication sooner than 5 working days please advise our Dispensary Team who will be able to assist and provide you with a signed script to take to a Pharmacy.
