So I called out to a lovely lady who is currently housebound. On assessment a subungual hematoma was found, which is usually caused by trauma to toenails.

Whilst visiting I also found a pressure sore meaning a full assessment completed as she is a diabetic 📝 referrals to other services and care provider informed for escalation.

It’s really important to have a diabetic check on your feet if you’re a diabetic.👣

Sorry for the not so very nice pictures this fine Saturday morning 🥴

I am super proud of this one 👏🏻✨

This lady had gone a while without cutting her nails and she must of been in pain especially when wearing shoes. Just before leaving her house she said “that feels so much better, thank you so much “ !! That was a massive compliment for me ☺️🖤 and that is also why I love what I do 😍
