Happy New Year everyone!
Yoga is back 🧘‍♀️🧘
Who would like to join me for New Year Yoga on Tuesday 13th at 6pm Knowstone Village Hall.
Our sequence this month will focus on our Glutes and Hips .
As usual there will be variations and modifications for any who would like them.
