🧠 MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT GROUP! 🧠

💪 The first Monday of every month, 6pm - 8:30pm.
💪 Therapy tools.
💪 Social interaction.
💪 Occasional group activity events.
💪 Have your say in what topics get covered!
💪 Have a say in setting the group boundaries!
💪 Refreshments.
💪 All topics welcome and allowed - NOTHING is banned (respectfully).
💪 Swearing is allowed (so long as it's not at each other).

IDEALLY but not mandatory - please contact me if you would like to attend so I can manage room size etc.

If you're currently attending therapy with me, please chat with me before attending - this is VERY important!

The first group meeting will be on Monday 1st September 2025.

With encouragement and support from a close friend who is also a therapist, I'm finally braving turning on the comments sections on all my business profiles. I've been putting it off for ages because of how awful the intention can be, especially mental health spaces. But I've learnt it's necessary to help the business pages to grow online.

I'll likely ignore and delete any particularly nasty comments, but let's hope that won't be needed 🌹✨
