Hi Everyone, we hope you’re all keeping well. LUMHS has put together a form which students can use to submit anonymous feedback regarding mental health and the services provided here at the University.

We believe more meaningful improvements within the University management could be taken to create a safer campus for students. Therefore, would really appreciate it if you could answer this super short survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScDpiXBFQqgyoVneIu0qhoVQ9vyNBz8tM6NqNsjUEHxIUcXiw/viewform

Hello everyone, how’s it going? As many of you might know we had an Election a few weeks ago. We are glad to finally introduce the 4 newly elected execs to you guys!

We thank everyone who has been supporting and being a part of LU Mental Health. Our aim has always been to provide a safe community for everyone and with the addition of our newly elected exec members will allow us to do just that, hopefully to an even higher degree!

Thus we’re beyond excited to announce that LUMHS will be back to hosting more exciting socials and campaigning events in the next coming term! So do keep an eye out to get involved! 😉

As many of you are finishing up deadlines/exams and patiently waiting for the semester to end, please dont forget to take care of yourself too. Together, let’s remove any stigma and prioritise mental wellbeing, normalising discussions about mental health ❤️

You deserve to take a day off to focus on you, and it’s not overreacting to take the time you need.
Be kind to yourselves today, because every day should be .

LU Mental Health Society

We are LU Mental Health Society - the aim of our group is to increase awareness of mental health on campus through various events and campaigns and to promote personal well-being. This year we are running a campaign called #nomoreshame, because mental health is nothing to be ashamed of.
