Suffer with Sciatica?
I occasionally get Sciatica when sat for long periods. I have found the best way to deal with it is definetely exercise. I found swimming followed by walking useful to help combat Sciatic pain. Also turmeric is very good and I take turmeric and black pepper tablets every day 🙂. If it’s getting serious, a massage or regular massage would help.
