A Bit About Me - Theresa Gibson at Angel Wings

Qualified as a Spiritual Healer in 2005
Became a Reiki Practitioner in 2013
Qualified to Reiki Master in 2014
Became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2015
Degree of Master of Science in Mindfulness and Compassion in 2021

During my time at college I completed my Advanced Aromatherapy Course, and this is the moment I was introduced to Reiki. I felt a huge connection with this relaxing healing modality and so after studying Spiritual Healing, I then progressed to Reiki becoming a Reiki Master and Teacher. I now teach Reiki and am a member of the UK Reiki Federation and the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

My aim is to now be given the opportunity to help people with my Reiki techniques and I would relish in the opportunity to be able to teach Mindfulness, Reiki and Energy Medicine to the doctors of the future in a healthcare setting.
I also offer M+ Hormone Balancing treatments helping ladies of ALL ages with hormone issues by utilising luxurious massage and facial techniques with phytoestrogens and acupressure points. The testimonials speak for themselves. I also do Aromatouch, using 8 amazing doTERRA essential oils.

Lynne is the founder of and provides 1:1 coaching, retreats, workshops and a jounalling club!

An hour in the company of other women, collecting thoughts to step off the treadmill of life. 🌸 Starting with a short grounding practice, the session then moves into guided writing prompts to reflect on actual needs and the paths to reach them. ✍️ There’s no pressure to share, but this dedicated space offers gentle accountability and community. 🤝

The Journalling Club is designed like “a yoga class for the mind,” 🧘‍♀️ providing a weekly space to build a journalling habit that enhances self‑awareness and wellbeing over time. 🌱

Payment options include a solidarity rate and a standard rate, with the choice to attend a single drop‑in session or commit to a six‑session block (just like a yoga course). 💷

Solidarity rates are available to help make these sessions more accessible—feel free to select the lower option if needed.
