Had a peaceful walk among the flowers, listened to the gentle waterfalls, and soaked in the calm atmosphere. Finished it off with a nice brownie and a good cup of tea ☕🍫

Whether it’s cleaning, shopping trips, taking them to appointments, or offering respite care — every part of what I do is meaningful.

My lovely client absolutely adores these sessions and always asks for them to last a little longer. It’s such a joy to see how much comfort and calm they bring, even has a dose through his massages 🥰

Taking time for these little moments of care makes a big difference.🩵

Not something I expected to be doing or even thought about advertising, 🫶🏻

A couple of weeks ago, I was asked to do a trial a restpite care call, which involved staying overnight in someone’s home to keep an ear out for a very independent gentleman in the early stages of dementia.

My role was to make sure he had breakfast, pop back in to prepare lunch, then again for dinner, and spend the night there while his wife took a much-needed break for a couple of days.

To be honest, I really enjoyed it. It’s something I’m now thinking about doing more of.
