I saw this and it stood out because its so true and we don't know we are even doing it. Sometimes we keep looking for the next thing in the next week, month etc. In the meantime we are missing the here and now. I know how hard life can be but instead of being unhappy waiting for the Friday, the summer just smile. By smiling it basically releases happy chemicals and can lower your blood pressure and so much more. Play that favourite song etc. You will then enjoy each day and stop waiting for the future to give you happiness.
