These are beautiful and amazing quality! My usual tho the tops fit me perfectly and bottoms too tight on my heavy legs! I love the shape of bomber and for £24.99 it’s a bargain. Will get Evie to show it off correctly later on 💖🤍💖🤍💖

Nobody warned me about this part of womanhood...

Perimenopause is not just hot flashes and mood swings.
It’s waking up tired after a full night’s sleep.
It’s crying over dumb commercials.
It’s gaining weight while eating cleaner than ever.
It’s brain fog in the middle of a sentence.
It’s snapping at people you love and then hating yourself for it.
It’s looking in the mirror and wondering when your body stopped feeling like home.
Some days I feel strong and motivated.
Other days I feel bloated, anxious, overstimulated, exhausted, and invisible — all before noon.

I’m raising kids.
Running a household.
Trying to show up for a relationship.
Trying to take care of my health.
Trying to chase dreams.
Trying to not lose myself in the process.
And some days… I just don’t have it in me.
I miss the energy I used to have.
I miss feeling confident in my own skin.
I miss not overthinking every emotion.

But here’s the truth nobody posts about:
I’m still showing up.
I’m still going to the gym when I don’t feel like it.
I’m still choosing better food.
I’m still doing the inner work.
I’m still fighting for myself — even on the messy days.

Perimenopause is humbling.
It’s isolating.
It’s frustrating.

But it’s also teaching me grace.
It’s teaching me to slow down.
It’s teaching me that rest is not laziness.
And that my worth doesn’t change just because my hormones do.

So if you’re in this season too —
feeling tired, emotional, swollen, scattered, or just plain over it…

You’re not broken.
You’re not weak.
You’re becoming.

One day at a time.
One deep breath at a time.
One woman figuring it out as she goes.
