Some Sunday reflections after a deeply good for the soul kind of day 💭

My faith in the Universe has always been pretty much unwavering however, my faith in my own heart....that’s wobbled a little bit lately.

A bit of self-doubt creeping in, questioning some decisions and wondering if I am even doing any of this stuff 'right' 🫣

Then shortly after a wobble period, I have a day like today. Moments that feel divinely placed at exactly the right time. Crossing paths with people who feel instantly like a soul connection. Conversations that open your heart so wide it can’t help but overflow with gratitude 💫

Its these moments the noise quietens and I am reminded that by following my heart, just bobbing along trying to leave things a little happier and brighter than how I found them is absolutely enough ❤️

So if you’re in a wee wobble right now, questioning your path or second guessing yourself, just trust this:

What is meant for you is already finding you.
Not through force but through alignment.
Not through fear but through feeling.

Keep choosing what makes your heart sing in this moment.
Keep listening.
Keep trusting.

I’m feeling so deeply grateful for where these heart led steps have taken me so far and something tells me what’s unfolding next is going to be a little bit magical ✨🧘🏼‍♀️

What a way to end the most wonderful weekend with some magical women 🥰💫

Another weekend spent with the phenomenal Bryony 🫶🏻 Delving further into yoga for Teens and Neurodivergent - this knowledge supporting me on my quest to make yoga accessible for all 🙌

Vision board manifesting all the BIG, exciting and scary things to come over here! So looking forward to bringing all of wisdom shared, to classes soon!

I've been truly dire at social media so I must apologise!! I have however, been working away quietly in the background 🥰🧘🏼‍♀️

Delving even further into how I can make yoga, mindfulness and meditation accessible to all - from toddlers to teens❤️

Foundation qualification just about complete and my advanced training kicked off today!! Feeling extremely lucky to spend the next 3 days totally immersed in something that makes my heart so happy.

I can't wait to bring everything I've been studying back into class soon 🫶🏻

Thank you and eternally grateful to everyone who keeps messaging me asking when classes will be starting back 🫶🏻 .....a wee further announcement on that very soon 🥰🧘🏼‍♀️

💫 Today is World Mental Health Day - serving a nice wee reminder that looking after our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies 🧠 🥰

Yesterday I touched on how yoga has been such a huge part of my own healing journey!! Helping me find calm, balance and light again whilst going through the most difficult time. Allowing me a space to feel grounded, connected and safe.

That’s exactly why I’m so passionate about sharing yoga with children and families 💫

Because when we teach our little ones how to move their bodies, breathe deeply and notice how they feel - we’re giving them tools they can carry for life.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga helps kids:

✨ Calm their busy minds and reduce anxiety
🌈 Build confidence and body awareness
💛 Express emotions in a healthy way
🌿 Feel connected - to themselves and to others

🥰 World Mental Health Day 10th October 🌎

There was a time when my world went quiet, when my heart was so broken I swear it physically hurt, when grief, anxiety and overwhelm felt heavier than I could carry...

After the sudden loss of my dad, I found myself searching for something to help me breathe again.

That’s when I stumbled upon the amazing and this is where I feel like yoga found me when I needed it most ❤️

It started as movement - just trying to feel a little less stuck in my body. But over time, it became so much more.

Through yoga, I learned how to reconnect with myself when everything around me felt uncertain.

Through breathwork, I discovered moments of calm in the chaos within me - helping me take a full breath again when that energy felt so 'stuck'.

And through meditation, I began to find peace in stillness - even when my heart was aching.

Yoga didn’t take away the pain, but it has helped me hold it differently.

It gave me space to heal, to soften and to find myself again - my true authentic self ❤️

So ahead of World Mental Health Day tomorrow, I want to remind you - healing isn’t linear. It’s a gentle unfolding.

And you don’t have to go through it alone.

There is always an invitation to join me on the mat - a safe space to move, to breathe, to feel and to simply be 🧘🏼‍♀️💫

If you asked me 'why yoga?' or what it is I hope to achieve....it's this exact thing ☝️

That absolute burning desire to create a safe space for people to feel seen, creating moments of stillness allowing them to return to centre.

Holding space where I am the truest and most authentic version of myself that it allows others to feel safe in showing up this way too - on and off the mat ❤️ Because for me, the mat is not a place where we 'become', its a space where we remember - in those moments of stillness, we remember who we are and recognise the light already within us 💫

💭Steven Bartlett as always, prompting a little self refelction at exactly the right time.....

Taking a leap of faith, starting over or stepping into something new (especially when it's a dream that means the world to you) can be quite frankly - terrifying! Questioning, am I ready? Am I good enough to start?? 🫣

To be honest, I think after every yoga session I've led so far, I've had a moment of self doubt - hoping that I've done everything 'perfectly' or praying that I've shown up as the yoga teacher everyone needed.

However, seeing this recent post from Mr Bartlett it actually flipped a switch in my head and it's allowed me to totally reframe these thoughts into something more powerful:

💫What a privilege it will be to look back in a years time from now and cringe at some of the mistakes I've made along the way on my yoga teacher journey!! 💫

Because this means I've been brave enough to begin! Bold enough to continue pursuing my dream. Gotten comfortable with being a beginner and let go of the idea of getting it 'right' immediately.

But most importantly - it means I've GROWN!!

✨ So here’s your gentle nudge:

Don't let the fear of being a little bit 'rubbish' prevent you from starting. Do the thing that makes your heart sing!!

Take the leap, start a little scared and start 'imperfectly'
...so I'll just be over here having faith that showing up fully, with my whole heart and surrending to the process is all that is needed to create the magic 🧘🏼‍♀️🥰❤️

🌿✨ SEASONAL YOGA STARTS TOMORROW! ✨🌿

The countdown is on and I’m SO excited to welcome those booked in, to the mat for our first Seasonal Yoga session tomorrow 🧘🏼‍♀️

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, these classes are designed to flow with the energy of the seasons — helping you feel more balanced, connected, and in tune with yourself and nature.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:

🪷 Your beautiful self
🪷 A yoga mat (if you have one – but don’t worry, there are mats available at the studio too!)
🪷 A small blanket or cosy layer for savasana — our end of class relaxation...everyones favourite bit 🤭💤

Super excited to now be able to invite you all to my Seasonal Yoga class starting Thursday 17th July held in the stunning space The Suite, Carrongrange House, Larbert ❤️

This will be a beautiful 4-week block designed to align your body, breath, and energy with the rhythm of the season ☀️ The best part...it’s completely FREE to attend!

🧘‍♀️ Expect grounding movement, breathwork, and mindfulness tailored to the energy of summer. A chance to pause, re-set and to connect with yourself 🧘🏼‍♀️
