Have you ever considered small group personal training?

Not a packed class, just a small group, capped at 4 people, where you’re actually coached properly.

You’re not guessing what to do, and you’re not just following along at the back hoping you’re doing it right.

You will be shown, corrected, and guided through every session so you know you’re getting it right and making progress.

It takes away that feeling of walking into a gym not knowing where to start, but still gives you a good environment with others around you, all working and pushing towards their own goals.

It’s a different level of training compared to just turning up and hoping for the best.

If you’ve been thinking about getting started, or you’re stuck doing the same thing week after week, this is usually the change people need.

Is tomorrow just another Monday, or is it the Monday when things change for you?

Most people love to say, “I’ll start tomorrow.”

But tomorrow comes,and nothing changes.

Same habits, same excuses, and the same frustrations.

But you don’t need another Monday.

You need to make a decision, the decision that will change your life if you stay committed to it.

Start this week, take a chance on yourself, keep showing up and start to build momentum.

Last minute decision to jump into Endurance Life's, Causeway Coast 20 mile trail race today.

After a tough week of Hyrox training and a big dirty head wind most of the day, I definitely felt it in the legs 🙈

My mental health hasn't been the best this last week, so i just needed to get some tough miles in, along with the beautiful scenery that goes with the Causeway Coast.

Running on cliff trails, beaches, even water up up over our knees in the tide going round a mountain edge, and the most dangerous part, the big slippery rocks pure green with slime, which I had a wee fall on and cut my hand, jumping across them like a mad man, but it's all good craic 🤣

oh and of course running the legendary Giants causeway how'd I forget about that one 🙈

Having the kids there at the start and again at the finish is always a blessing for me, and is the reason why I've shortened the distances down for my races this year. They can have a day out in the process, and we still have the rest of the day together after it's over. My girls are what it’s really about for me from now on in.

Finally, the event was great, it was well organised, and I thoroughly enjoyed the gels and jellies they had at the aid stations.

I know the route well, as it's part of we run wild norn iron 100 route, so if id of got lost today, I'd definitely deserve a boot up the arse 🤣

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t starting, it’s sticking at it when it stops feeling exciting.

When the motivation drops, when life gets busy, and when everything in you is looking the easy way out.

That’s when it actually counts, and that’s unfortunately where most people fall off.

But it's also where the ones who change their lives keep going.

Stay with it 💙

2 stone down, and it hasn’t come from anything extreme. No shortcuts, no magic plan, just consistency, showing up, and doing the basics right week after week.

That’s the part people don’t always see. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about sticking at it when motivation dips and life gets busy.

From day one his attitude has been spot on. He's took everything on board, trusted the process, and never looked for the easy way out.

This is what happens when you stay consistent.

Had a couple of days off from everything over Easter.

I most definitely ate more than I should have, and definitely felt it after it 🤮

But ya know what, it was all worth it, I got to spend proper time with my family, and we had a brilliant couple days.

Sometimes you need to step away from the gym, the routine and everything that comes with it,

A couple of days will never ruin your progress, what matters is getting back to it when you say you will, and that’s exactly what I’ve done today 👊

He still chose obedience.

He still chose us.

This wasn’t taken from Him, He gave Himself.

For you.

For me.

Everyone has moments in life they never forget.

For some it’s their wedding day, the birth of their child etc.

One of mine, was hearing my mum tell me she was proud of me, not long before she passed.

She got to see me turn my life around, and that moment will stay with me forever.

It got me thinking, when was the last time you told someone you're proud of them?

A few simple words could mean everything to someone.

It could lift them, change their direction, even change their life.

So if you’re thinking it, say it.

Be someone who encourages, you never know what it might do for them.
