Have you ever considered small group personal training?
Not a packed class, just a small group, capped at 4 people, where you’re actually coached properly.
You’re not guessing what to do, and you’re not just following along at the back hoping you’re doing it right.
You will be shown, corrected, and guided through every session so you know you’re getting it right and making progress.
It takes away that feeling of walking into a gym not knowing where to start, but still gives you a good environment with others around you, all working and pushing towards their own goals.
It’s a different level of training compared to just turning up and hoping for the best.
