She did it 🙌 Karen smashed her long term goal, and right on time too 🎄💪

What a woman 🥰 I am honestly so proud of you Karen, 2 stone off, looking amazing, and you've built fitness and nutrition into your busy, daily life perfectly.

I want to make it very clear here that the 2 stone Karen has lost is only a piece of a larger puzzle that she has achieved. There is so much more she has gained from this whole process.

I don't like to go into people's personal lives too much, but Karen has a few medical conditions, that can make things very difficult for her, BUT she never lets them keep her down.

This lifestyle she is living now has completely changed her outlook on life, and has gave her something to focus on, and continue to fight through the obstacles that are in her way.

I don't want to ramble on too much about myself here, as the post is about you Karen, but I just want you to know how much you inspire me in my own life. I see the things you battle, and I see the sheer grit, determination and effort, you put in to overcome the challenges you face in life, and I want to tell you you're amazing, God bless you 🥰

Not long now guys 🤣 The count down is on ⌚

In all serious tho, how about this year, you stop making resolutions and start building a new lifestyle instead 😉💪

​Every year, millions of people set the same goal on January 1st to get fit, and every year, by the middle of February , the motivation has worn off and they throw the towel in.

​This is because resolutions are usually based on guilt, and not a plan. Everyone goes ape s**t over Christmas, partying, drinking, eating and being merry, then when the new year comes round it's guilt city, and throw yourself in at the deep end, with no plan or structure to actually achieve your goals.

​In 2026, let’s do it differently, and instead of jumping in head first and starving yourself, and going all out like a nut case in the gym.

Plan your sessions, build discipline through being consistent with training and nutrition, and makesure it all fits around your home and work life.

Set goals, take your time, don't be hard on yourself, and keep showing up and putting in the work, this is what will keep you moving forward when the motivation wears off.

Hey guys, so after speaking to so many people recently who are really struggling this time of year. I just wanted to come on and put into perspective why strength training, absolutely should be something you are doing to help combat what youre going through.

I'm going to be honest, this time of the year hits me hard too. At the start of the month was birthdays of my nanny and my step dead who I miss dearly and next month is the anniversary of my mum's death, but I will honestly say that training is the single greatest thing to help me through any times like this.

Change your plan while going through tough times, instead of worrying about the scale and how you look, focus on your mind and how the training makes you feel.

Even if you show up and can only manage 50% of your usual effort, then that is perfectly fine. Just getting in and pushing yourself the best you can on the day, will still help regulate your stress, help maintain strength and continue to burn calories.

I always use the quote "this too shall pass" whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed, and it also helps keep me through any situation. Just get chatting to someone in the gym or family and friends also, it can help take your mind off things and just opening up, often takes a load off our chest.

Not only will your training help you through the tough times, but you will have still stayed consistent, and built discipline in the toughest of situations, so when you do come out the other side, you will be mentally stronger and more determined than ever to achieve your goals.

How many people have been getting the urge to just take a break from everything and chill for a while, because it's coming up to Christmas?

That wee comfort voice, comes to us all at times, but we must not give into it. Once comfort can wiggle it's way into our lives, we are in trouble.

Always remember how far you have come, and look back to where you started, look the old you in the eye, and say "I ain't ever going back there"

Unfortunately, this is the truth for so many people.

Sitting or standing around alday, and creating imbalances in your body, from the way you sit, stand and sleep etc is what's causing a lot of your pain, not your age.

We live in a time where we can throw any old excuse out, and people will go along with it, instead of calling you out and encouraging you to do something, that will not only help you now, but will help you live a longer and more pain free life.

Get your ass into some sort of training, and watch your life change for the better. Get fitter, stronger, faster, and more confident in yourself, all you have to do is decide, "now is the time"
