Can anyone recommend any nutritional therapists who aren't biased towards one particular diet?

I would like to recommend NTs to my clients but don't know any in the area.

Looking for those that see the benefits and drawbacks of multiple types of diets without demonising any in particular - each person responds differently and has different goals so it's always good to find people who can weigh that up and offer a truly bespoke service 🙏🏻

Many may know this, but I've not officially announced it since getting the award, and I can't believe I'm writing his but I won "Sports & Remedial Clinic of the Year" North-West with Prestige Awards 2025/26 🤯

I left the corporate world early in 2023 exhausted with absolutely no idea what I was going to do next, just doing some mobile massage with a qualification I'd gotten in 2016 and it just blew up.

I still can't believe I've had my own shop for two years now - now this happens and it's incredible 😭

If you know me, you'll agree I have a huge interest in the human body and problem solving health issues - everything just clicked once people started coming to me with various ailments.

Everyone asks what my favourite treatment is, but it's genuinely whatever treatment works for each person - it's completely different for everyone.

Some people respond to heavy duty Sports Massage to reduce tension and pain, others might have a dysregulated nervous system and need gentler techniques like Reflexology or Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

I already was qualified up to MSc level in medical subjects and once I started my business I just wanted to learn more and more, so the CPD courses are never ending with me 😂

📆 Looking forward:
I've had lots of success with my 1:1 treatments breaking down tension to improve pain and mobility conditions - however these are much more effective long-term to be combined with strengthening and postural correction exercises.

I'm happy to share I will be starting Clinical Yoga classes every Wednesday at 6:30pm.
