Hi everyone, sorry it’s been so quiet but Ive been incredibly busy 🤦🏼‍♀️ hence the realisation in this post 😂

Just a little about me, my name is Alex and I am 34 years old. I am a sports therapist and run a successful clinic out of Launceston. I’ve been an au pair in Italy and my biggest achievement of all is I’m a mum.
I live near Launceston and I have been married to John for 10 years and we have two beautiful daughters who we homeschool.

I know how it feels to be never stopping, never being able to catch a breath.

Just getting through the 9-5 is hard enough and then knowing you have to come home and be mum/dad and a ‘responsible’ adult and have to clean and tidy and keep house!!

Who said it that adulting would be this hard? I was never warned 😂

That’s where I come in, I can help you with the extra stuff, I can get the house clean and tidy so you come home and can relax, help organise (I for one never stop doing this with my girls rooms 🤷🏼‍♀️),I can run errands, help with paperwork (PA), keep the kids entertained while you just have a moment to yourself!! Pick the kids up from school if you are running late, walk the dogs in the middle of the day so you don’t have to waste your lunch break.

Hi my name is Alex, first and foremost I am a mum.
I understand that life is super busy, we are always connected, always contactable and never “offline”. This is stressful and can take its toll.
We want to enjoy family life and the little things but sometimes these get overlooked because you have to get the housework done, or you have to just finish your emails or you have kids clubs 🤯🤯
