๐ŸŒŸ It's been too long since my last post, and wow, what a year it has been! ๐ŸŒŸ

I've had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful feet in care homes, residential homes, supported living and domiciliary across Cornwall and London, while expanding my knowledge to ensure I continue to provide the best care possible. Plus, Iโ€™ve enjoyed countless cups of tea and riveting conversations along the way! โ˜•๐Ÿ’–

๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ A HUGE thank you to everyone who's shared my page, handed out my business cards, and spread the wordโ€”your support means so much! ๐Ÿ’›

Today, I attended a fantastic training day with Foot Health Training where Susan and Sharron provided a day FULL of wisdom, knowledge, in-depth training, and practical sessions about Neurovascular complications of the lower limbs and foot care for people with Type 1 (T1DM) and Type 2 (T2DM) Diabetes.

We then had the privilege of hearing from Michael Ratcliffe from Cuxson Gerrard, who shared an incredible in-depth lecture on Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and other vascular pathologies.

I have left feeling "empowered," and Iโ€™m excited to be adding this invaluable service by providing full Neurovascular and Diabetic Foot Assessments.

If you would like more information on how to book an assesment donโ€™t hesitate to get in contact!

An interesting readโ€ฆ..

Four reasons to begin a tradition of giving:
1. Giving makes you feel happy. Your brain's pleasure circuits are stimulated by acts of charity and release "good feeling" chemicals such as endorphins, which give you a sense of euphoria, and oxytocin, which promotes tranquility and inner peace.
2. Giving is good for your health. Stress is the catalyst for many known health issues. Giving has been proven to decrease blood pressure and reduce stress. This reduction promotes longer life and better health.
3. Giving promotes social connection. Studies show that when you give to others, your generosity is often continued down the line to someone else, or returned to you. This strengthens our ties to each other.
4. Giving is contagious. When one person gives, it inspires others to do the same.
