He will be with us every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, assessing, diagnosing, treating and rehabilitating you back to full fitness.

Jay began his career in the armed forces, serving as a paratrooper and commando-trained soldier. During his service he specialised as a PT and rehabilitation instructor helping others regain strength and function after injury. This work ignited a lasting interest in rehabilitation and motivated him to transition into a career in physiotherapy. His clinical background spans orthopaedics, neurology, cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal health, and sports injuries. He has worked across the NHS, private practice, elite sport, and the armed forces.
