Caring for our own, and our colleagues mental health has to be at the fore front of our actions. If our carers are broken then they have no reserves left to care.
Covid has taken its toll and, with the rise in cases, will continue to do so. What we must do now is care for the carers as well as ourselves.
Look at your mental well-being, is it where you want it to be? Are you in peak mental fitness? If not..why not? What tools do you need to succeed?
