Feeling unmotivated today? Try this 👇🏼

The reality is you’re not always going to feel motivated. Life happens and no two days are the same.

But what can you do to make a difference?
SHOW UP anyway.

Try this to make it easier (this has helped me a lot):

👉🏼 NON NEGOTIABLE - Set a fixed time for training
👉🏼 DO LESS – If you’re too tired for a full session, only do 2-3 main exercises with sufficient intensity and leave.
👉🏼 REMEMBER WHY – You’re doing this for YOU.

Every session you don’t skip adds up to your progress.

Discipline always beats motivation.
Build sustainable habits, stick to them and progress will follow.

High Protein Breakfast

This is one of my go-to breakfast options for fat loss. It’s high in protein, low in carbs and provides a healthy amount of fats to keep you full.

🍳 Scrambled eggs
🍅 Fresh tomatoes
🥖 Homemade bread
🫒 Kalamata olives
🧈 Grass fed butter
🧂 Salt. Pepper.

☕️ Double espresso

🏮 Dates (extra carbs if I train early in the day)

You can adjust the amounts based on your caloric needs and goals.

You can add a side of roasted potatoes of you need extra carbs. Adjust the amounts based on your caloric needs and goals.

Healthy Friday Snack 🤤

If you’re craving something sweet give this quick snack a try 👌🏼

I’ve just made it and wanted to share it with you. It’s absolutely delicious 🤤

Ingredients:
🌰 Medjool dates (remove stones and flatten on a small plate)

🥜 Crunchy peanut butter (I used 5 gr spread on each date)

🍫 Chocolate spread (in a small bowl add 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup and a very small amount of either water, milk or plant based milk to achieve a runny consistency. Stir well and spread on top of dates)

🥜 Crushed nuts (whatever you like) on top

🥶 Refrigerate untill slightly hardened

ENJOY 🤤

Our Favourite Saturday Night Dinner

🥩 Roasted beef (🔥 air fried 🌡️ 180°C ⏱️ 25 min)

🥗 Stir fry mixed vegetables

🥔 Roasted red potatoes (🔥 air fried 🌡️ 175°C ⏱️ 30 min)

🐉 Dragon fruit as a dessert

Bonus: The roasted beef leftovers can be sliced thin and consumed warm or cold the next day as an alternative to deli meats or packaged ham. It pairs perfectly with scrambled eggs and toast for a nutritious breakfast.

📝 Ingredients:

🍳 2 whole eggs
🥚 6 egg whites
🍠 Sweet potato puree
🍅 Tomatoes
☘️ Fresh rocket
🧂 Salt, pepper & steak seasoning (the secret)
🧂 Roasted sesame seeds

Whenever I'm short on time in the morning this quick breakfast saves the day.

You can swap the sweet potato for bread and add your preferred vegetables alongside.
