Feeling unmotivated today? Try this 👇🏼
The reality is you’re not always going to feel motivated. Life happens and no two days are the same.
But what can you do to make a difference?
SHOW UP anyway.
Try this to make it easier (this has helped me a lot):
👉🏼 NON NEGOTIABLE - Set a fixed time for training
👉🏼 DO LESS – If you’re too tired for a full session, only do 2-3 main exercises with sufficient intensity and leave.
👉🏼 REMEMBER WHY – You’re doing this for YOU.
Every session you don’t skip adds up to your progress.
Discipline always beats motivation.
Build sustainable habits, stick to them and progress will follow.
