On this Christmas Eve, we're thinking about Mrs. Thompson, an 82-year-old grandmother we've had the privilege of supporting for three years. Last Christmas, she worried she might not be able to stay in her beloved home where she'd raised her children and celebrated countless holidays. Today, she's preparing her famous mince pies in that very same kitchen, surrounded by the memories that make her house a home.
