Home Care Assistant – Join Our Caring Team
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our growing team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Location: Various locations across south Leeds
Hours: Flexible – full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available
Salary: Competitive, with training and development opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Support with medication administration and health monitoring
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate records using our care management system
• Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clients
Requirements:
• Genuine care and empathy for older adults and people with disabilities
• Previous experience in care is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
• Good communication skills and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills to use our care management system
