Feeling grateful for the family time, if not the weather and the heavy cold that arrived on day 2, proving that I really did need a break!

This Christmas, we're encouraging people to because for some, a simple conversation could mean everything.

We're sending out FREE "I'm Happy To Chat" table signs to cafes across the UK to help spark conversation, spread connection and tackle loneliness head on.
