A poem I've been sharing in classes:

Today
By Mary Oliver

Today I’m flying low and I’m
not saying a word.
I’m letting all the voodoos of ambition sleep.

The world goes on as it must,
the bees in the gardening rumbling a little,
the fish leaping, the gnats getting eaten.
And so forth.

But I’m taking the day off.
Quiet as a feather.
I hardly move though really I’m traveling
a terrific distance.

Stillness. One of the doors
into the temple.

🌸 I used to be someone who is constantly moving, chasing new experiences, filling every pocket of time with busyness or productivity. But one day, I had to really ask myself, what am I running away from? What truth needs to be spoken, even if it's just to myself?

🌸 Until I found the transformational practice of slowing the f down.
It takes courage to be still.
To sit with yourself.
I always say this, but it's a much more challenging and difficult practice in comparison to constant movement.

🌸 If you are feeling inclined to slow down in life, ohhh the sweetness that awaits you babes ❤️❤️❤️

I often think that I should hire someone to take professional photos and videos of my day retreats - to show a more polished, refined version of what to expect.

But then I think…nah. It’s just not me.

So this is a little collection of real, captured moments from last week’s retreat.

I pour my heart and soul into creating these events and, as a result, if you do come, please know that every last detail has been thoughtfully considered so you can feel relaxed, nurtured, and truly taken care of.

I’m not someone who focuses on making the images look better -- I’m someone who focuses on making your experience better ❤️

Thank you to every single soul who comes along. Big hugs to all of you! And I hope you’ve started using your memory jars!! 🤍✨

Hi lovely peeps,

I wanted to share a simple, cosy little ritual for 2026: a memory jar.

Life moves bloody fast, the days/months/years blur together, and so much slips by unnoticed. Is it just me babes?! There is something special about choosing to treasure little memories on purpose.

A memory jar is just a way of saying: this mattered. It’s not about productivity or forcing gratitude (snore). It’s about paying really gentle attention to life's sweet moments.

All you need is:
– A jar (any jar you love — I’m using a recycled jar of gherkins 😅)
– Some small bits of paper
– A pen

Throughout the year, you drop in little notes. Moments you want to remember. They don’t have to be big or shiny or revolutionary. They can be:

– A sentence someone said that stayed with you
– A hard day you got through
– A tiny pleasure (rain, tea, a laugh)
– A moment of rest, warmth or softness

I like decorating the jar with dried flowers pressed onto the glass.

You don’t need to write every day. You don’t need to only write happy things. The jar can hold real life, just as it is, babes.

And then, at the end of the year (or whenever it feels right), you open it. Read the notes. Notice what you forgot. Notice what you remember. Notice how much you lived.

If this kind of soft + intentional ritual speaks to you, you might love my upcoming Love in Bloom retreat 🌸

We’re actually making these memory jars together, all materials provided.

Only ~~~ 2 SPACES LEFT~~~
If you’ve been meaning to come along, this is your little nudge.

Please visit my link in bio or DM me if you wish to come with a friend. The perfect way to celebrate Valentine's day in a more intentional way.

❤️ When? Sunday 15th June 12-4pm
❤️ Where? Arch Barn Holistics
❤️How much? £95 or come with a friend and pay £180 (£90 each)

Sending you lots of love,
Tash x

My year of art-ing & craft-ing, condensed into 20 photos.

I’ve always loved creating with my hands, ever since I was a little girl. I find the whole journey, from having an idea, to researching how to do it, to slowly bringing it to life with patience and determination, very healing!

There have been many, many, MANY moments in my creative journey where I was convinced something was going to turn out like sh*t.

Many times I had to step away. Many times I came close to giving up altogether. But I’ve learned to keep going, to explore without the pressure of needing everything to be perfect and/or useful.

Some creative projects I’ve been exploring this year:

Mosaic-ing
Dyeing fabric with natural materials
Crocheting more intricate patterns + projects
Making my own jewellery
Bead and traditional embroidery
Dried flower crafts
Exploring felt
Upcycling basic furniture
Rug tufting
Candle-making

Things I’d really love to explore in 2026:

More jewellery making
Sewing! (I’ve been gifted my very first sewing machine by my MIL 🥹)
More mosaic-ing with different mediums
Acrylic painting
MacramĂŠ

+ obvi crochet

❣️ I’m also opening up my schedule for yoga teachers/studios who’d like to hire someone to facilitate crafting experiences.

If you’re looking for someone to teach a creative workshop at your retreat, please do get in touch.

I am no expert but I have tonnes of experience crafting and also primary school teaching so they both tie in together very well!

Stay craft-y, peeps

Hi peeps,

Tis that time of year when I step back from socials and give my body and mind a little rest.

Before I go, I wanted to share a few quotes from a book I’ve been reading this year by Yung Pueblo, 'How To Love Better'.

I’ve mentioned this book a lot because it’s one of my favourite non-fiction reads. I’m usually more of a fiction reader and often find self-help books quite draining, but this one feels different.

In my eight years of psychotherapy (to my therapist- has it actually been that long?!), one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is how to love and care for myself more deeply, and in turn, how to love others better.

I value relationships and connection above anything else, and I’m interested in learning how to love the people (and animals!), in my life in ways that allow them to feel free.

I think that comes from approaching all relationships in my life from a place of understanding. Being curious, listening deeply from a place of compassion rather than combativeness. That journey began with turning inward and doing my own healing first (and this is an ongoing ting!) Of course, I f*ck up a lot and make mistakes but always find my way back to this truth.

Anyways, this is a beautiful book!! One that has helped me cultivate more compassion and understanding for both myself and others. It’s especially gentle and supportive if you find family or close relationships challenging over the Christmas period.

Happy to say this is the first Xmas that doesn't feel heavy for me. :)

Take good care, and sending lots of love. Reach out over email or messages if you need someone to talk to.

✨ Hygge Restorative Immersion ✨

Chill out in luxurious rest nests + cultivate soft safety in this wild end-of-year intensity. Because everything is better when you are rested.

You deserve deep, delicious restoration.

As Judith Hanson Lasater reminds us: “You can’t make yourself be compassionate, you can only keep stepping back and becoming a larger container in which compassion wants to live.”

Come soften and be held by me in my last event of the year.

I'll be offering some reflective questions and prompts which you may wish to take away and journal about in your own time.

It's been hell of week for the Leeds Yoga community 💕❤️💖

Looking back at my Autumnal Retreat earlier this season. What a wonderful time 🍂

It was the most relaxed I've ever been before a retreat that I'm hosting. Such a wonderful day filled with Crafting, Restorative Yoga, Autumnal walks and delicious food prepared by one of my best friends Franny ❤️

Lots of questions about the next retreat I'm hosting - it will be in February and we will be making Valentine's memory jars decorated with dried flowers 🌸 I'll be releasing tickets to this next week so please keep your eyes peeled as the places tend to go fast. Of course I will be getting Fran to prepare the food as she was such a hit last time!

What people had to say:

🌸 Liz:
This message is a humungous “thank you” for yesterday 💕.

The day was so beautifully balanced with energy, rest & reflection. This was achieved by your gorgeous class, delicious food, an outdoor refresher & then contemplative creation. But also - the right environment & kindred spirits!

🌸 Jill:
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your Autumn leaves, restorative yoga afternoon. It was just what I needed after what’s been a rather stressful week. It was so enjoyable to spend time with such a lovely group of ladies & the food your friend, Fran provided was delicious, especially the chocolate brownies!

After the restorative yoga session I felt fantastic, so relaxed & refocused, thank you. You really are a very special yoga teacher!

Lots of love,

Tash ###
