Pharmacy Delivery Driver - Part time hours (3-4 hours per day): Days selected on demand

Immediate Start

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great communication skills to enable accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to our customers. The right candidate must be polite, courteous and have a professional approach whilst liaising with patients and surgery staff.

Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and our team, your local area knowledge will be beneficial in pre-planning the Daily route. You will also have a passion for delivering an exceptional service to ensure all essential goods are delivered in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivery of pharmaceutical products to customers from our branch
Collection of prescriptions from doctor’s surgeries where required
Completion of all legally required training in order to carry out daily duties
Completion of daily paperwork with all legal requirements fully adhered to
Daily Vehicle checks
Daily reporting and input of key metrics into store systems
Driving experience is necessary, you must be reliable, trustworthy and have flexible approach to cover other drivers. Ad-hoc weekday/holiday cover may also be required. Hours will vary depending on the number of deliveries and mileage will be paid on top of basic hourly rate.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check before employment can commence. This includes both spent and unspent convictions, as well as information held by local police deemed as relevant to the role. Employment is conditional on satisfactory DBS clearance.

Essential Requirements:
-Valid DBS Certificate will allow immediate start
-Full UK Driving Licence
-Own a fully insured vehicle

VACANCY FOR A PART-TIME DISPENSER AT PRIME HEALTH PHARMACY

Duties Include:
Assist in preparation of prescriptions and delivery of professional services;
Assist Pharmacist in providing an efficient, accurate and safe dispensing service in store, ensuring patient confidentiality;
Assist Pharmacist with other dispensary related tasks e.g. orders, date checks, receiving prescriptions etc;
Assist in preparing mail orders;
Providing knowledge / up to date advice on our product ranges, promotions and special offers;
Delivery and collection of prescriptions when required;
Stock maintenance;
Provide exceptional customer service;
General Housekeeping;
Other duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
Have an interest in Pharmacy and Dispensing;
Be hard working and enthusiastic;
Demonstrate exceptional customer service;
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills;
Have the ability to work as part of a team;
Previous relevant dispensary experience;
Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy;
Previous experience of using computer systems;
Eligibility to work in UK.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Requirements:
Good understanding of professional services;
Previous relevant experience in a similar environment;
Previous experience working and advising on the OTC counter;
