🚑 Back to Greens – Round Two for Justine! 🚑
At EMED Group, we believe leadership should be hands-on, and our Back to Greens initiative is all about giving our exec and senior leadership team a true taste of life on the road. Many of our leaders have stepped into the shoes of our incredible ACA teams, and for Group Chief People Officer Justine Vaughan, once just wasn’t enough – she loved it so much, she’s done it twice! 👏💚
This time, Justine joined Stephane Defausse and Karen Miles in Gloucester, experiencing first-hand what a shift transporting renal patients is really like. From the busy schedules to the rewarding patient interactions, she got to see the reality of the job – the challenges, the dedication and the impact our teams make every day.
And there was a lovely surprise moment, too! At the Renal Clinic in Cheltenham, the crew bumped into Millie Westen from Yate, who was so excited to meet Justine and even asked to be featured – here you go, Millie! 😊📸
As someone who leads our Engagement Champion sessions, Justine is already deeply invested in the experiences of our teams and these shifts give her another chance to connect in person. It’s not just about leadership seeing what life is like on the road – it’s also about our frontline teams spending time with someone they hear about but might not often get the chance to meet. 💬🚐
A huge THANK YOU to Stephane, Karen, Millie and the whole Gloucester Patient Care team for the warm welcome. These experiences are invaluable and we love seeing our leadership team so engaged with what makes EMED, well, ‘EMED’ – our people. 💙
