23 February is Helplines Awareness Day, a national campaign highlighting the incredible work of helplines across the UK, led by Helplines Partnership.

Helplines are there for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives — offering confidential support, practical advice and reassurance. Helplines.org describes them as “secret superheroes”, supporting people day and night to help them through the most difficult of times. We couldn’t agree more.

Today we say thank you to the dedicated teams and volunteers who make this support possible.

If you or someone you know needs help, visit the MindWell service directory to find local and national helplines and services. https://www.mindwell-leeds.org.uk/services-directory/

Please share to help spread the word 💛
