Stress Management in the Workplace..
Yes, we all know about stress!
Worklife can feel full-on, hectic & relentless. So, it's all the more important to use micro self care & stress release tools thought the day.
This week, working with , I delivered a stress management & meditation session to Medical Negligence Legal Team.
It was a great opportunity for the team to take time out of their day to reset.
Stress release doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes, just a few moments of box breathing or time away from the desk, going for a walk can really help!!
